Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 9, 2026 • JJ's Pro Maintenance & Repair LLC

1. Scope of Agreement & Licensure

These Terms of Service govern all maintenance, diagnostic, installation, and mechanical repair operations performed by JJ's Pro Maintenance and Repair LLC (“JJ's Pro”, “Company”, “we”, “our”) within Maricopa County and the State of Arizona. By approving an estimate, scheduling an online appointment, or accepting on-site service, the customer (“Client”, “you”) agrees to these terms in full.

2. Written Quotations & Flat-Rate Pricing

JJ's Pro provides clear flat-rate written pricing prior to commencing any physical repairs. Diagnostic inspection fees cover the technician’s time, specialized testing instrumentation, travel, and vehicle mobilization. When the client approves the recommended repair at the time of initial diagnostic, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the total cost of the approved repair. Additional unforeseen complications discovered during disassembly will be quoted in writing and require client sign-off before proceeding.

3. Labor & Equipment Warranties

JJ's Pro warrants all craftsmanship and repair labor for a period of one (1) full year from the completion date of the service, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Replacement parts and equipment are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranties, which typically range from one (1) to ten (10) years. Warranties do not cover failures resulting from customer misuse, utility power surges beyond specified surge suppression thresholds, unmaintained air filters, or third-party tampering.

4. Access & Property Safety

The client agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to all equipment, electrical breaker panels, water shutoff valves, attics, rooftops, and crawl spaces necessary for work execution. Technicians reserve the right to pause operations if hazardous conditions (such as severe electrical arcing, structural collapse risks, or aggressive uncontained animals) are present.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved within Maricopa County, Arizona.
